Ohio University Halloween Security

Ohio University, located in Athens Ohio is known for having an enormous crowd for the Halloween festivities every year. With this large crowd that is expected each year it is necessary for the university and town to prepare to ensure safety of students,visitors and the township. Some precautions taken at the 2017 Halloween festivities include paramedics on site with emergency equipment ready (pictured above), state troopers patrolling the streets on foot and on horses, K9 officers and road closures, to name a few.
